I am an Entrepreneur and a Consultant for Business Development, Sales and Communications. I have had more than twenty years of experience; holding posts and consulting engagements in various industries; including Automotive, Banking, Information Technology, Outsourcing, Training, and Writing industries.

I am also a professional and decorated Public Speaker, Writer and Trainer. In line with this, I am one of the main proponents in the creation, development and implementation of the B.E.S.T. Workshop; which has been gaining popularity among seasoned and would-be entrepreneurs.

Finally, I am the host of the “SME Forum,” a TV Talk-Show on Entrepreneurship, aired on the Global News Network (GNN), every Monday, from 10:45am to 11:45am.

Consulting Engagements:

• Planned, developed and implemented the entire business process of Tiebesl Enterprises, owner of Happy Wash Laundry (2008 to 2009).
• I co-authored the current sales system design of Anchor Land Holdings, Inc., and helped in implementing it (2007 to 2009).
• I played a major part in setting-up Broadlink Contact Centre, Inc.; from the planning stage to the actual implementation. I also helped them source out, select, evaluate, incubate and implement campaigns for their centre (2006).
• I set-up and professionalized the tele-sales system of Wheeler's Club International. Once the system had been fully implemented, their sales-output increased by 67%; and continues to do well to date (2004).

ENTREPRENEURIAL VENTURES:

CO-FOUNDER & PARTNER, Business Type: e-Learning and Training on Entrepreneurship

We are a “Training and e-Learning” Company focused on providing Entrepreneurship Training and Learning to the public. Aside from developing an e-Learning website that caters to Filipino Entrepreneurs and would-be entrepreneurs, BizWiz is also the creator, developer and owner of the B.E.S.T. (Beyond Entrepreneur Skills Training) Workshop. Some of my functions at BizWiz are as follows:
• Create, develop and conduct training modules for the public programs and courses of BizWiz.
• Write articles and blogs on several entrepreneurship topics for our e-learning Site and Blogs.
• Develop and implement Sales, Marketing and Business Development strategies, utilizing Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Networking, Public Demos, Traditional Marketing, and others for the company.
• Act as a Resource Speaker on certain subject matter where I am considered an expert.

East Asian Engine & Parts Supply, Co., 2007 to the Present
PARTNER, Business Type: Retrofitting of old public utility buses with brand new engines and drive trains

East Asian Engines is a family owned company managed mainly by my Father, Nunilon M. San Agustin. I merely invested some money into this business. However, I have been tasked to do the following:

• Conduct a financial audit of the company every three (3) months.
• Monitor sales activities remotely using a CRM program.
• Conduct sales training and performance audits to sales representatives as needed.

Westwork Animation Group, Inc., 2002 to 2005 (Company Closed)
PARTNER, Business Type: Outsourcing of Animation to the Middle East
Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines

Westwork Group was Business Process Outsourcing Company which focused on creating Animation works for Middle Eastern Ad Companies. The company, later, closed in May of 2005; not because of lack of sales, but, rather, because of inefficient collection. Before its eventual closure, I was tasked to do the following:

• Business Development and Sales of our services to the Middle East.
• I managed the initial storyboarding of job orders from our Middle Eastern clients.
• I supervised in the final editing and quality control of Animation works which were presented to our clients.
